Trust & privacy
Privacy & saved tripsWhat is stored and how to remove it
Viarêve uses your start and destination, dates, group, budget and preferences to build the plan. When you build or save a trip, those inputs and the itinerary are stored behind its unique trip link so it can be reopened and shared.
- Anyone who has the unique link can view the trip.
- Trips in a signed-in account remain until their owner deletes them.
- Anonymous trip links expire 90 days after their most recent save or edit.
- Only the signed-in owner can rename, favourite or delete an account trip.
- Do not enter passport, payment-card or detailed medical information in trip notes. Travel-document details are requested only in flight checkout when required by the provider.
Relevant trip details and search terms may be sent to the configured AI, mapping, timetable, flight and place-data providers. Viarêve's app code does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Booking recordsPrivate references and confirmation history
If you are signed in when checkout starts, booking references, status, dates and the returned price are saved privately in your account. These records are separate from shared itinerary links.
Booking history does not store card details, passport numbers or guest contact details. Required traveller details are sent to LiteAPI during checkout. Saved status is the latest response received, not a continuously monitored confirmation.
Guest checkouts are not added to an account later. Keep the provider confirmation email. For a copy or removal of account booking records, contact clawnage@gmail.com; deleting an itinerary does not cancel a booking or remove its receipt.
AccessibilityReadable interface and mobility-aware trips
The interface is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA with strong contrast, visible keyboard focus, large controls, text zoom and layouts that reflow on small screens. Motion is optional and a large-print PDF is available for finished trips.
The mobility profile can shorten walking links, add transfer time, prioritise step-free places and stays, and show published wheelchair, toilet, lift and ramp information. Missing access data is labelled unknown rather than guessed.
Third-party maps and booking pages have their own accessibility standards. Essential journey details remain written in the itinerary and PDF even when the interactive map is unavailable.
Planning, prices & bookingHow recommendations and estimates work
Viarêve helps you plan and book through the named provider. Hotel and flight checkout uses LiteAPI and its payment provider. Review the final price, fees and cancellation conditions before paying.
- Live prices and dated services are labelled as live.
- Budgets, targets and fallback travel times are labelled as estimates.
- Places are ranked for route fit, stated preferences, budget and available quality signals.
- LiteAPI hotel rates use the account-level commission configured by Viarêve. Commission does not change the recommendation score.
Opening hours, border rules, disruption, weather and safety can change. Recheck essential information with the official provider shortly before travel.
